Practical information

Sessions can take place online via videocall or in person, depending on our agreement.
 

A more somatic approach, working with breathing, regulation and movement, can be integrated into the sessions.
 

Online somatic group sessions may be organised again in the future.
 

Prices for group workshops and movement sessions may vary depending on duration, location and group format.
