How it works
In our sessions, we focus on you as a whole: your thoughts, emotions, body experiences, and life context. Therapy is about reconnecting with yourself, understanding where you feel stuck, and creating space for insight and renewal.

You are very welcome. If you’re unsure whether online therapy is right for you, feel free to reach out for a short 15-minute introductory chat.

Standard sessions last 50 minutes. In some cases, a longer 75-minute session can be chosen to allow more time and space.
